TACKSOL 10/86 HTC is a solvent borne pressure sensitive adhesive, based on natural rubber and special resins. It has a good wettability on various substrates.
TACKSOL 10/86 HTC can be applied on any substrate (paper, PET, PP, PE, PVC).
It is a soft adhesive and is recommended for the production of protective p.s. films and tapes with low gsm values.

TACKSOL 10/86 HTC can be diluted with aliphatic and aromatic solvents in order to achieve the desired viscosity. For protective tapes, the product must be cured with CURING AGENT D (0.5-1%). Reaction starts immediately, thus we recommend to use the product immediately after the activation. The crosslinking mechanism depends on different parameters, such as adhesive concentration, amount of crosslinker, temperature. We suggest to check in advance the curing conditions, in order to avoid to spoil material.
The product is supplied in iron drums (145 kg).
Stir before use. Keep containers well closed to prevent solvent evaporation. Store at temperatures between +5°C and + 40°C, protected from heat sources and direct sunlight.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
