Description
Medium viscosity water-based flexo inks, characterized by good scratching resistance.
Application
These inks have been designed for printing paper adhesive tapes (such as TESA 4313).

Handling
The product can be diluted with water. The quantity depends on the material to print, on the drying speed and on the characteristics of the printing.
For a faster drying, add a mixture of water and alcohol.
For a slower drying, add glycols or propylenglycols.
Usually, an overprinting of release coat is not necessary. Should the printed surface be considerably big, check if any transfer occurs.
COLOR INK WK can be applied with photopolymer clichè (resistant to water/alcohols mixtures) or butyl rubber rolls.
Do not let the ink dry on the rolls; if necessary, use CLEANING SOLUTION WS.
Packaging
The product is supplied in iron drums (10 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures between +5 and +35°C. Protect from freezing. Stir well before use.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
