RELEASE W 40 GP1 is a water-borne product based on acrylic dispersions, modified with special additives and ink receptors.
RELEASE W 40 GP1 is designed to be applied on paper as a printable (via off-set) and writable release coat.

Apply on paper, possibly after dilution. Quantity to be applied is quite variable, also depending upon the porosity of the substrate: normally we suggest from 1 to 3 g / m² dry.
Self crosslinking is achieved by drying the coating at 150°C for few seconds.
Keep material at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C; avoid direct sunlight/freezing.
When stored for over one month, it is necessary to stir the product slowly for 10 - 15 minutes before usage.
