Description
RELEASE FR 100 V is a release agent that, aside from the normal unwinding, provides a suitable surface for the anchorage of the PU foam in the so-called "freezer tapes".
Physical aspect: white flakes.
Application
RELEASE FR 100 V is designed for the production of PE and aluminium tapes, which are commonly used in the refrigerator assemblage, to block and protect the coils.

Handling
RELEASE FR 100 V has to be diluted at 0.5-2% in toluene.
The solution of RELEASE FR 100 V can be applied on the film by Mayer-bar, rotogravure or any other low viscosity coating system. The coating weight depends upon the adhesive. Recommended range is 0.2-0.5 g/sqm dry. Once diluted, it can be applied at RT and must be well dried.
Packaging
The product is supplied in fibre drums (50 kg).
Storing
Store in sealed containers, well protected from direct sunlight. If the solution of RELEASE K 100 V is stored for a prolonged time, it is recommended to stir it before using.
Use within 24 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
