TACKSOL 10/84 PF is a solvent-borne pressure sensitive adhesive, based on natural rubber and special resins. After curing, the product has very high cohesion, high tack and adhesion and good termal resistance.
TACKSOL 10/84 PF is recommended for the production of laser cutting PE protective films and tapes.

TACKSOL 10/84 PF can be diluted with aliphatic and aromatic solvents in order to achieve the desired viscosity. For protective tapes the product must be cured with CURING AGENT D or CURING AGENT P65 (0.5 - 1%). Reaction starts immediately, so it is recommended to use the product immediately after the activation. The crosslinking mechanism depends on different aspects as adhesive concentration, amount of crosslinker, temperature. We suggest to check in advance curing conditions, in order to avoid to spoil material.
The product is supplied in iron drums (145 kg).
Store at temperature not higher than + 40°C, protected from heat sources and direct sunlight. Keep containers well closed, to prevent solvent evaporation. In case of prolonged storage, stir well before use.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
