Release LN 2 A

Description

RELEASE LN 2 A is a modified polycondensed polymer, studied to obtain a high efficiency low noise release agent for PP.

Application

The product has been developed for the printing process of low noise OPP adhesive tapes. It can also be used in the production of PP tapes, coated with low noise or acrylic adhesives, to fasten the unwinding step in the cutting process.

Handling

RELEASE LN2 A must be diluted with toluene (or toluene/hexane/octane) before application: add 3 parts of RELEASE LN2 A to 97 parts of solvent. Coat about 4 g/sqm wet as final coating. The product must be perfectly dried before the rewinding step.
A small amount of ink into the release container is normal if polyamidic inks are used and will not alter the printing quality if the printing is perfectly dried.
However, we recommend to use specific inks, such as our COLOR INKS PP NITRO series, which are insoluble in the solvent system of the release agent.

Packaging

The product is supplied in iron drums (50 kg).

Storing

RELEASE LN2 A tends to thicken and to become matt at low temperatures (< 15°C) . It is necessary to warm and stir well before usage.

Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
