Description
ANTIOX WX is a milk white emulsion of liquid stabilizers in water with some presence (5% approx.) of toluene.
ANTIOX WX is very stable and easy to add to elastomers/resins dispersion or emulsion. This emulsion grants the protective effect of a special primary phenolic antioxidant, the long-lasting effect of thioesters and the high temperature protection of phosphites. The result is a well balanced formulation, having a wide spectrum of protection to the negative effects of oxidation, light and heat.
Application
ANTIOX WX is used for all water systems, containing resins and elastomers, sensitive to above mentioned effects, particularly: natural lattices, SBR and NBR lattices, copolymers; PVA and EVA lattices; resins dispersed in water (rosin esters, hydrocarbons, therpenics, etc.).

Handling
It must be added 1-2 pp to 100 pp of dispersion/emulsion (wet weight).
ATTENTION: Since it has the tendency to separate in two layers, STIR IT WELL before taking any quantities from the drums.
Packaging
ANTIOX WX is supplied in 200 l plastic drums.
Storing
ANTIOX WX must be stored at temperatures between +10 and +40°C.
Shelf life is 6 months.
