RELEASE W20 GB3 is a waterbased release agent, based on acrylic polymers and special releasing agents.
RELEASE W20 GB3 is a release agent for porous substrates, such as Kraft paper for masking tapes, granting excellent release and unwinding properties. RELEASE W20 GB3 is suggested for hot-melt and solvent based adhesives.

The quantity to apply depends on the substrate porosity, normally ranging from 1 to 3 dry/sqm.
Coating methods: Mayer bar, Reverse Roll, Roto gravure, Air knife.
It can be either thickened (acrylic thickeners) or diluted (water).
We recommend to heat the product for a few seconds at 150°C in the dryning phase, in order to achieve the highest release properties of releasing (achieved by means of an underlying self-curing process),
Ageing properties are excellent.
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
Keep material at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C, avoid direct sunlight/freezing.
When stored for over one month, it is necessary to stir slowly the product for 10 - 15 minutes before use.
Use within 9 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
