The product his to be cured with CURING AGENT X7 (0.2-1%) or with CURING AGENT W3 DIL (1-1.5%).
After the addition of the curing agent, the pot-life decreases, depending upon temperature and pH. The pot-life of the product cured with isocianate is much shorter than with CURING AGENT X7.
If the crosslinker of choice is CURING AGENT X 7, check pH value before adding it. If needed, correct pH with ammonia up to pH=9 and then add the crosslinker.
The crosslinker must be added slowly and under stirring, in order to obtain a good dispersion of the curing agent in the adhesive.
TACKWHITE RP 10 is suitable for coating with Mayer bar system and reverse gravure.
The product is supplied in iron drums (200 kg); IBC containers (1000 kg).
TACKWHITE RP 10 must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Keep containers well closed, in order to avoid surface skin formation.
Use within 6 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
