Description
CELLOPRIMER S is a primer for cellophane films.
Application
CELLOPRIMER S is used to bond the adhesive mass (based on natual or synthetic rubber) to the film, without activation or film pre-treatment.
It can be used for PSA films, for packaging or technical uses.

Handling
CELLOPRIMER S must be cured with 1 - 1,5% of CURING AGENT D before coating. The pot-life is reduced as crosslinking starts immediately after the addition of the curing agent and depends on the amount of crosslinker and on the temperature.
Dilution: the product can be diluted with ethyl acetate. Recommended coating weight: 1,0 - 1,5 g/sqm dry.
Packaging
The product is supplied in Iron drums (20 kg); iron drums (180 kg).
Storing
Store at temperatures between +10 and +40°C, keep container well cloed to prevent solvent evaporation.
Stir well before use.
Use within 12 months from production date (unopened and in the original packaging).
