Description
ANTIOX W1 is a synergistic combination of 3 liquid antioxidants, properly dispersed in water, in order to be easily added to elastomers/resins dispersions.
ANTIOX W1 grants the protective effect of a special primary phenolic antioxidant, the long-lasting effect of thioesters and the high temperature protection of phosphites.
The result is a well balanced formulation, having a wide stabilization spectrum to the negative effects of oxidation, light and heat.
Application
ANTIOX W1 is used for all water systems, containing resins and elastomers, sensitive to above mentioned effects, particularly: natural lattices, SBR and NBR lattices, copolymers; PVA and EVA lattices, P.U. lattices; resins dispersed in water (rosin esters, hydrocarbons, therpenics, etc.).

Handling
ANTIOX W1 has 60% active substance.
It must be added 1 to 100 pph of dispersion/emulsion (wet weight).
Packaging
ANTIOX W1 is usually supplied in 100 kg drums.
Storing
Product must be stored in a dry place.
Shelf life is 1 year.
