Quality policy

ICHEMCO srl operates in the field of production and marketing of adhesives and chemical products intended for various industrial sectors. In a highly competitive and selective environment, the choices and behaviors that determine the quality level of products and services are crucial for the company's performance. The customer plays a central role in the success of the Company. Therefore, it is essential to understand them thoroughly in order to provide products and services that meet their needs, earn their trust, and achieve a high level of customer loyalty and consistency in the business relationship. Accordingly, the principles of ICHEMCO srl’s quality policy are:

• To improve and strengthen the effectiveness and market reputation of the chemical products we manufacture, by: presenting ourselves as a reliable and consistent supplier, being ready to understand and develop both the explicit and implicit needs of the customer, and seeking customized solutions and products for customers requiring tailored use and application;
• To identify third parties interested in our work (customers, employees, suppliers, community, public authorities), understand their needs and requirements, and implement the necessary actions to meet them, in accordance with the 2015 edition of the ISO 9001 standard;
• To assess the risks associated with our activities, identifying appropriate actions to prevent and eliminate them, or at least mitigate them, reducing their impact to a minimum on workers, the environment, and the community;
• In line with Amendment 1/2024 to the ISO standards, we intend to monitor the environmental impact of our activities, particularly with regard to GHG emissions and their effects on climate change;
• To consider development opportunities that may arise from effective risk management;
• To ensure compliance with contractual commitments;
• To maintain constant and effective communication with the customer;
• To improve or at least maintain effective customer support;
• To achieve a satisfactory return on investments made;
• To prioritize suppliers who operate with a mindset of continuous improvement in the quality of their products and services;
• To continue the ongoing improvement of technologies, plants, and production equipment, in order to enhance quality and environmental aspects.

We are committed to putting these principles into practice in compliance with workplace safety regulations and with a vision aimed at a livable future, in harmony between industrial production and respect for the environment around us.
