HSR-1000 High Speed Release Tester

This durable easy to use High Speed Release Tester provides production speed testing of PSA release liners. When used with the optional EZ-Lab analysis software, profiles of release liners can be determined in a matter of minutes.

Whether trying to determine high-speed application characteristics or converting properties, this useful tool will give the user insight as to the performance properties of release liner.

Meets standards specified in FINAT 4 and TLMI L-IA3.
Adjustable constant speed range from 10 to 300 meters per minute (30 to 1000 fpm).
Collects the Average, High, and Low measured forces for display.
Capable of testing liner from adhesive and adhesive from the liner.
400 data points collected per second.
The new EZ-Lab system is available to operate the machine and perform statistic and graphic analysis from an external personal computer.
Built in calibration sequence.
Standard 2 lb. (1 Kg) load cell.
Accurate to +/- .1% of the load cell range.
