Handling
TACKWHITE AP 78 can be applied using traditional coating systems: Mayer bar, gravure, ....
It is necessary to cure it with Xama 7 (0.8-1%).
It can be diluted with water, then, before adding Xama 7, check pH and, eventually, correct it with ammonia till pH=9. After this operation, add Xama 7. Xama 7 must be added slowly and under stirring, in order to obtain a good dispersion of the curing agent in the adhesive.
After the addition of Xama 7, its pot-life decreases, depending on temperature and pH.
Packing
TACKWHITE AP 78 can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or in 1000 l plastic tanks.
