Handling
TACKMELT A 48 M2 must be heated up to 170-180°C with a suitable heating system and kept at a set stable temperature during all the usage time (temperature changes cause a variation of the viscosity and, consequently, of the processing condition).
The best coating system is slot-die coating.
The product has been designed to resist to high temperature, but it is preferable to avoid thermal shocks.
Packing
TACKMELT A 48 M2 is supplied in 4 kg blocks packed in carton boxes of 16 Kg or in drums.
Storing
Keep the product at temperatures between +5 and +35°C. Avoid contact with dust and liquids. Shelf life is 1 year.
