Description
TACKSOL 10/89 HS is a solvent pressure sensitive adhesive, based on natural rubber and special resins. After curing, it develops a very good resistance to ageing and heat.
Application
TACKSOL 10/89 HS can be applied on any substrate (paper, polyester, PP, PE, PVC,...).
If TACKSOL 10/89 HS is applied on PVC, it is necessary to use a suitable primer, whereas it can be applied directly on other substrates.
This product is suggested for the production of protective films and tapes with high adhesion to rough surfaces.

Handling
TACKSOL 10/89 HS can be diluted with aliphatic and aromatic solvents to obtain the correct viscosity.
For protective tapes it is necessary to cure the product with CURING AGENT D (0,5 - 1%), remembering that pot-life of the adhesive is reduced to 6 - 24 hours.
Packing
TACKSOL 10/89 HS is supplied in 200 litres (about 140 kg net) iron drums.
Storing
Shelf life is 6 months.
