Description
TACKWHITE A 76 D is a water based acrylic PSA.
It does not contain plasticizers.
It can be classified as a permanent PSA.
Application
TACKWHITE A 76 D is suggested for the production of permanent paper and film labels; it is also suitable for application on foams.
The film has a good tack, a very high adhesion and a good cohesion.
It has also a good heat resistance.

Handling
Traditional systems are used to coat this product: Meyer bar and reverse roll.
If necessary, the product can be thickened with suitable acrylic thickeners.
In case you wish to crosslink the product with XAMA 7, check pH value and, eventually, correct it with ammonia up to pH=9.
After this operation, add Xama 7.
Xama 7 must be added slowly and under stirring, in order to obtain a good dispersion of the curing agent in the adhesive.
Packing
The product is supplied in 200 kg drums or 1000 kg tanks.
Storing
TACKWHITE A 76 D must be stored at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.
Protect from freeze.
Shelf life is 3 months.
