Description
TACKWHITE RP 9 is a water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, based on natural and synthetic latices.
Due to its composition, it shows a very high cohesion and excellent wetting properties on different surfaces.
Application
TACKWHITE RP 9 has been designed for the production of protective PE films.

Handling
Product has to be cured with our CURING AGENT W3 (1-1.5 %).
After the addition of curing agent, pot-life decreases (depending on the temperature, less than 12 hours anyway).
TACKWHITE RP 9 is ready for application by Meyer bar or air knife coating systems; higher viscosity versions can be supplied on request for rotating blade or direct knife coating systems.
If necessary, product can be diluted with water.
Packing
TACKWHITE RP 9 can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or in 1000 l plastic tanks.
Storing
TACKWHITE RP 9 must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
If stored in original packaging, shelf life is 3 months.
Keep containers well closed, in order to avoid the formation of surface skin.
