Description
PRIMER MT2 is a primer for masking tape impregnated kraft paper. It is based on a synergic blend of natural/synthetic latices, modified with stabilizers, resins and additives.
Application
PRIMER MT2 produces a very good adhesion between the impregnated paper and the adhesive mass, either solvent or hot-melt based (natural and SIS rubber). It is suggested for coating with hot-melt adhesives or aliphatic solvent adhesives.

Handling
Dilution: it depends on the coating system, the product can be diluted with water, when a lower viscosity is required. In case of need, it can be thickened with acrylic thickeners; if required, we can supply it already at higher viscosity.
Coating weight: 2,0 -3,0 g/sqm dry.
Packing
200 l drums or 1000 l tanks
Storing
Product must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C.Protect from freeze. Shelf-life is 3 months.
