Description
BLENDEX SEAL 81 DH is a water dispersion of vinyl-acrylic copolimers and slightly tacky additives.
It is heat sealable adhesive for wovens to be used when a soft hand at room temperature is needed.
Application
BLENDEX SEAL 81 DH is used as a heat sealable elastic adhesive for various materials (wovens, non-wovens, leathers, synthetic leathers, foams,...).
Minimum temperature suggested is 60°C.

Handling
BLENDEX SEAL 81 DH must be applied by transfer or direct coating, if necessary thickened with our SL 6103.
It can be supplied also already thickened.
The coated product needs to be protected by a liner.
Packing
BLENDEX SEAL 81 DH can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or 1000 l tanks.
Storing
Shelf life is 6 months (in original drums) at room temperature.
Keep the product protected from freezing, at temperatures between +5°C and 35°C.
Notes
Stir well (at low speed) before use.
Keep the containers well closed.
