Description
SOLACRIL 757 p.s.a. is a self-reacting acrylic solution polymer and a self cross-linking acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive, in aliphatic solvent (ethylacetate and cycloexane).
Application
SOLACRIL 757, when coated on plastic films (PVC, PET, cellolosic acetate, ...), is suitable for the production of industrial pressure sensitive adhesives tapes and decals.
It can be applied also on paper, PU foams, fabrics, leather, non woven etc.
It gives a good quickstick, peel adhesion, a very good shear adhesion and colour stability.

Handling
SOLACRIL 757 is supplied ready for coating by rotating blade or direct knife coating systems. Diluted, it can be applied by reverse roll, Mayer bar. A perfect drying is necessary for its complete cross-linking.
Packing
SOLACRIL 757 is supplied in non-returnable 180 kg steel drums.
Storing
Keep material in tightly closed containers. Maintain container full to prevent loss of solvent. Store in a cool place, preferably below 40°C.
If stored at these conditions, shelf-life is 6 months.
Notes
SOLACRIL 757 (completely dry), has been approved by BIOLAB for skin contact use (non sensitizing); please refer to certificate n. 02/02.06004, which we can send on request.
