| Tackwhite W 6 PACK |
Description
TACKWHITE W 6 PACK is a water dispersion of synthetic (SBR) and natural latices and tackifiers (rosin esters), properly formulated to produce a stable compound, with a good mechanical stability and pot- life.
Application
TACKWHITE W 6 PACK has been specifically developed to produce rigid PVC packaging adhesive tapes and paper masking tapes. A primer is required for the coating on PVC film: we suggest our water based VINILPRIMER E5 B or our solvent based VINISOL 10.
TACKWHITE W 6 PACK can be added with standard pigment pastes used for water based acrylic adhesives.
It can anyway be used for any other application where an exceptional cohesion and a good adhesivity are required. Some examples: isolation materials (foams, Al, etc.), paper labels, special tapes, etc.

Handling
It can be coated by Mayer bar or air knife at low viscosity and by reverse roll or rotating knife at higher viscosity.
Packing
TACKWHITE W 6 PACK can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or 1000 l tanks.
Storing
TACKWHITE W 6 PACK must be stored at temperature between +5 and +40°C.
If stored in original packaging shelf life is 3 months.
