Description
TACKWHITE AP 15 M is a water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, based on acrylic latices.
Due to its composition, it shows a very high cohesion, excellent wetting properties on different surfaces and an excellent water resistance, after curing.
Application
TACKWHITE AP 15 M has been designed for the production of protective PE films.

Handling
It is necessary to cure the product with Xama 7 (0.5-1.5%).
After addition of curing agent, pot-life decreases, it depends on the temperature and pH.
Dilute the product with water (10 %), check pH value and, eventually, correct it with ammonia till pH=9.
After this operation, add Xama 7.
Xama 7 must be added slowly and under stirring, in oder to obtain a good dispersion of the curing agent in the adhesive.
Packing
TACKWHITE AP 15 M can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or in 1000 l plastic tanks.
Storing
TACKWHITE AP 15 M must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
If stored in original packaging shelf life is 3 months.
Keep containers well closed, in order to avoid surface skin formation.
