Description
TACKWHITE AP 20 is a water-based pressure sensitive adhesive, based on acrylic latices.
The coated film has a high tack and it combines good light resistance with low temperature resistance.
Application
TACKWHITE AP 20 has been designed for the production of protective films.

Handling
The product can be coated with traditional coating systems: Mayer bar and reverse gravure.
If necessary, it can be thickened with suitable acrylic thickeners. Do not use ammonia to increase its viscosity.
TACKWHITE AP 20 must be crossilinked with isocyanates or polyaziridines. Ichemco Curing Agent W3 or Curing Agent X7.
Packing
TACKWHITE AP 20 can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or in 1000 l plastic tanks.
Storing
TACKWHITE AP 20 must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +30°C. Keep far from heat sources. Protect from freezing.
If stored in original packaging shelf life is 3 months.
Keep containers well closed, in order to avoid surface skin formation.
