Description
TACKMELT HM 10 A is a hot-melt adhesive, based on thermoplastic rubbers and resins.
It contains special antioxidants to guarantee a good ageing resistance.
TACKMELT HM 10 A has a very high tack and peel adhesion, with an excellent cohesion.
Application
The product can be used for the production of dielectric tapes.

Handling
TACKMELT HM 10 A must be heated at 150-170°C with a suitable heating tool and kept at a set stable temperature during all the usage time (temperature changes cause a variation of the viscosity and, consequently, of the processing condition).
The best coating system is slot-die coating.
The product has been designed to resist to high temperature, but it is preferable to avoid thermal shocks.
Packing
TACKMELT HM 10 A is supplied in 4 kg blocks packed in carton boxes of 16 Kg, or in drums.
