Description

ANTIOX LX is a sinergic blend of phenolic antioxidants, phosphorous derivatives and thioesters; it has been developed to stabilize solvent based adhesives containing sinthetic and natural rubber.
ANTIOX LX is a mixture of liquid components, it is a oily yellow liquid, very stable and not sensitive to temperature.
It can be solved in hexane e toluene.
Its effect can be compared to ANTIOX ASX.

Application

The stabilization effect gives excellent resistance to oxidation and yellowing for natural rubber / SBR / resins adhesives used for packaging tapes, masking tapes, ...
ANTIOX LX gives protection towards the friction effects during coating and heat, oxigen, UV effects during usage of the tapes.

Technical Specifications

Handling

For termoplastic rubber, we suggest to use 2 pph (on 100 parts of SIS rubber) of ANTIOX LX.

Packing

ANTIOX LX is supplied in 50 kg metallic drums.

Storing

Keep the product at room temperature, protected from humidity and direct sunlight.
Shelf life is 1 year (closed original container).
