Description
TACKSOL NIS 12 is a solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive, formulated with different rubbers and special resins, with very high peel adhesion values.
Application
TACKSOL NIS 12 can be applied on any substrate (textile, non-woven, paper, polyester, PP, PE, PVC). It is suggested when high adhesivity and adhesion, but moderate cohesion are required (e.g. double-sided films for moquettes).

Handling
TACKSOL NIS 12 can be coated with rotating knife or knife-over-roll.
Primerisation with specific primers is suggested when a higher adhesion to plastic films is needed (please see ICHEMCO catalogue).
When heat or mechanical resistance must be increased, CURING AGENT D (0.5-0.6%) should be added. In this case pot-life of the adhesive is reduced to a maximum of 24 hours.
Packing
TACKSOL NIS 12 is supplied in 200 l iron drums (about 150 Kg net).
Storing
Product must be stored in a ventilated and dry place. Avoid flames presence.
Shelf life is 6 months.
