Description
SOLACRIL 41 MED is a self-crosslinking acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive. It has a good peel adhesion and an excellent cohesion. SOLACRIL 41 MED can be used in skin contact application, in facte, after complete drying, the product is considered NOT CYTOTOXIC, NOT IRRITANT, NOT SENSITIZING.
Application
SOLACRIL 41 MED is suitable for plastic materials, as PVC, acetate, polyester and also for substrates like paper, PU foams, fabrics, non-woven, leather, etc.. It is suggested for medical applications use.

Handling
SOLACRIL 41 MED is ready for application by rotating blade or direct knife coating systems. Diluted it can be applied by reverse roll, Mayer bar, rotogravure. A perfect drying is necessary for its complete cross-linking; solvent traces can alter crosslinking and the quality of the final coating is modified.
Packing
200 kg steel drums.Storing
Keep material in tightly closed containers. Maintain container full to prevent loss of solvent. Store at temperatures between +5 and +35°C. If stored at these conditions, shelf-life is 6 months.
