| Color Ink PP NITRO |
Description
COLOR INKS PP NITRO are nitrocellulosic inks in solvent solution (ethyl acetate, isopropyl alcohol).
Application
COLOR INKS PP NITRO are specifically developed to print PP adhesive tapes (all types: solvent, hot melt and acrylic) with the three stations printing process (primer, ink, release). Their special formulation is insoluble in the release solvent and it allows a high speed printing process.
Handling
COLOR INKS PP NITRO are ready to be used. They can be used directly on SIAT L36 printing machine (or similar) with our PRIMER EPX-2 and our RELEASE PP 25 DIL. They can be slightly diluted with DILUENT C NITRO (Ethyl acetate). They can be added with RETARDER C NITRO (methoxy-propanol) to reduce evaporation.
Packing
Standard packaging is 10 Kg metal drum, but on request 20 Kg metal drum is available.
Storing
Shelf life is over 6 months, when properly stored at temperatures between +20°C and +40°C.
