Description
TACKWHITE AP 17 is an acrylic water-based pressure sensitive adhesive.
It is characterized by a very high cohesion, excellent wetting properties on different surfaces and an excellent water and plasticizers resistance, after curing.
Application
TACKWHITE AP 17 has been designed for the production of protective PE films.

Handling
It is necessary to crosslink the product with Curing Agent X7 (0.5-1.5%).
After addition of crosslinker, pot-life decreases, depending on temperature and pH.
If necessary, the product can be diluted with water. Before adding Curing Agent X7, check pH value and, eventually, correct it with ammonia till pH=9.
Then add the crosslinker. Curing Agent X7 must be added slowly and under stirring, in order to obtain a good dispersion of the curing agent in the adhesive.
Packing
TACKWHITE AP 17 can be supplied in 200 l iron drums or in 1000 l plastic tanks.
Storing
TACKWHITE AP 17 must be stored at temperature between +5°C and +40°C.
If stored in original packaging shelf life is 3 months.
Keep containers well closed, in order to avoid surface skin formation.
