Description
RELEASE K100 DI DIL. 1,5 ECO is a polyvinylcarbammate release agent dissolved in heptane and IPA.
Application
Product is designed to be used as a very efficient release agent, during production of adhesive tapes based on following films: polypropylene, polyethylene, PVC, reinforced PVC, polyester; with natural, synthetic rubber and acrylic adhesives. It is also designed to be used with the three steps printing process of PSA tapes, when aromatic solvents are not accepted.

Handling
Apply 3-5 g/sqm of RELEASE K100 DI DIL. 1,5 ECO as such or after dilution (heptane, hexane or toluene). Drying must be very efficient, in order to avoid any solvent residue, which could cause ink transfer to the adhesive side.
Packing
Product is supplied in 20 kg or 185 kg drums.
Storing
Product must be stored at temperatures higher than +18°C.
Shelf life is 6 months.
Notes
RELEASE K100 DI DIL. 1,5 ECO has the tendency to gelation when stored at temperatures below +18°C: solution will become hazy and some powdery residue will fall to the bottom of container. In such a case, the efficiency will be affected.
Properties can be restored completely by stirring the solution, while heating it up to 30-50°C, until perfectly clear.
