Description
CURING AGENT W3 DIL is a water dispersable polyisocyanate. Dispersion adhesives can be efficiently cross-linked with this product, with a resulting increased resistance to heat, water, plasticizers and organic solvents.
Application
CURING AGENT W3 DIL is suggested for water based adhesives, paints, lacquers. It is used at 0,3 - 3,5%, depending on material to be cross-linked and desired results.

Handling
CURING AGENT W3 DIL must be added just before application. Pot-life of compound is 6-8 hours after addition.
Packing
10-20-60 Kg plastic drums.
Storing
Polyisocyanates react with water, including atmospheric moisture, with formation of carbon dioxide, which can cause too high pressure in closed containers and form solid insoluble polyureas, which can block pipes, valves, etc. CURING AGENT W3 DIL must be stored in well closed original plastic drums or aluminum/glass bottles, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. At higher temperatures it can develop hazardous vapors. Opened drums must be protected from moisture penetration ( use silica gel drying tube or nitrogen atmosphere systems). In original drums shelf life is at least 6 months with a slight increase of viscosity.
