| Primer UNISOL 11 |
Description
PRIMER UNISOL 11 is a solvent primer designed for coating on polyester film (polyethylene terephtalate), before application of rubber adhesives, for the production of pressure sensitive adhesives. It works perfectly on PP and PE films even when acrylic and rubber adhesives are used.
Application
Product must be added with polyisocyanate, before application: mix 100 pp of PRIMER UNISOL 11 with 0,7 - 1 pp of Curing Agent D and coat with approx. 5-8 g wet/sqm, by Reverse Roll/gravure/Meyer Bar.

Handling
PRIMER UNISOL 11 contains a blend of polymers/elastomers suitable to produce a double adhesion, to film and to adhesive.
Product must be stirred after long storage; if solvent is lost for evaporation, add toluene and stir well.
It produces a very good adherence to the films and to adhesives.
Packing
Product is supplied in 180 kg net iron drums.
Storing
Shelf life is 6 months.
